Getting Started – Drug Accountability

 

1 Establish Eligibility

Once you have received a letter from the Pretrial Diversion Office indicating the Seward County Attorney’s Office has considered you eligible for the Drug Accountability Program, please fill out the Initial Intake Packet Form within 7 days of receipt of the letter and return to our office. 2 Schedule Enrollment Meeting

Once the Initial Intake Packet Form has been received back in the office, you will be contacted to set up a date and time to meet with a Case Manager for your enrollment meeting.

3 Print and Fill Out the Enrollment Packet

Prior to the enrollment meeting, please print off and fill out the Enrollment Packet and bring them with you to the meeting. Depending on your case, you may be asked to fill out additional forms when you get to the Pretrial Diversion Office.

4 Attend Enrollment Meeting

Please show up 10 minutes early to your enrollment meeting to finish filling out any necessary paperwork and to answer any questions you may have. Although all cases vary, please allow up to two hours for the enrollment meeting.
