Juvenile (<18 years) Diversion Program

1. Establish Eligibility

Once you have received a letter from the Pretrial Diversion Office indicating the Seward County Attorney’s Office has considered you eligible for the Pretrial Diversion Program, please fill out the Juvenile Intake Packet Form within 7 days of receipt of the letter and return to our office. 2. Schedule Enrollment Meeting

Once the Juvenile Intake Packet Form has been received back in the office, you will be contacted to set up a date and time to meet with a Case Manager for your enrollment meeting.

3. Print and Fill Out the Enrollment Packet including the Parent/Guardian Application

Prior to attending your enrollment meeting, please print off and fill out the Juvenile Enrollment Packet and bring them with you to the meeting. Depending on your case, you may be asked to fill out additional forms when you get to the Pretrial Diversion Office.

4. Attend Enrollment Meeting with Adult Parent/Guardian

You will need to attend the enrollment meeting with a parent/guardian. Please show up 10 minutes early to your enrollment meeting to finish filling out any necessary paperwork and to answer any questions you may have on the paperwork. Although all cases vary, please allow up to two hours for the enrollment meeting.

Adult (18 years and older) Diversion Program

1. Establish Eligibility
